Team Setup

Build Your Sport Link Fan Hub

Use this setup page to send the core foundation for your team’s Sport Link experience. This first form keeps things simple: team identity, brand links, contact details, and how you want to send your partner information. Deeper fan engagement sections can be managed later from your update dashboard.

Initial Sport Link Setup

This is the clean starting point for your team’s fan hub. After this foundation is submitted, you can use the dashboard update pages to add or edit partner directory listings, featured partners, team promotions, fan deals, fan wall content, Pick’Em questions, video/content blocks, community impact sections, and other rotating experiences.

Important: This page does not auto-save. Please submit once you are ready, or save your answers somewhere else first so you do not lose your work.

Step 1

Team Identity

Send the basic team details that will anchor your Sport Link fan hub.

If you do not send one, we can usually pull a logo from your website.
To get the logo URL: open the team logo online, right click the logo, open it in a new tab, then copy that image URL and paste it here.
Important: all uploads combined on this page cannot exceed 2MB total.
Step 2

Website & Fan Links

These links help us connect fans back to your team’s official pages.

Required. We use this to verify your team, pull basic brand references, and connect the page back to your official site.
Where fans should go to buy tickets.
Where fans should go to shop team merchandise.
Optional, but helpful for game-night content and promotions.
Paste the main social page you want fans to follow.
Optional additional social media page.
Optional additional social media page.
Step 3

Team Contact

Tell us who should receive setup questions, launch notes, and future edit communication.

Step 4

Partner Information

Choose how you want to send your current partner list. You do not need to enter every partner here. The detailed partner directory and rotating sections can be managed later from the dashboard.

This keeps setup simple. Your full partner directory, featured partner, partner of the week/month, fan deals, and content blocks can be added or edited later.
Make sure sharing is turned on so we can access it.
Important: all uploads combined on this page cannot exceed 2MB total.
Paste the exact page where your team lists partners, sponsors, advertisers, or business supporters.
You can type a few important partners here, but full partner management should happen later from the dashboard.
What happens after this?
Sport Link will use this foundation to start your team fan hub. For everything else, use the dashboard update pages to submit featured partners, team promotions, fan deals, partner directory listings, fan wall content, Pick’Em questions, sponsored content blocks, video/content hub updates, community impact sections, and rotating fan engagement ideas.
