Update Your Sport Link Team Page

Use this page to add, edit, or remove content from your team’s Sport Link page. Choose the section you want to update, follow the guided steps, and upload images or paste image URLs when needed.

Team Monthly Outlook

Add each date, event, giveaway, player appearance, merch drop, fan activity, deadline, community moment, or partner-supported event you want shown in this month’s team outlook. Fill out one card, then click “Add Another Date” to keep adding more before submitting everything at once.

Monthly outlook cards.

This section is for the monthly outlook cards on your fan page only. Use it to add monthly event/date cards, add more cards as needed, and submit everything together. This is not a full page setup section.

How it works.

Start with Monthly Outlook Card 1, fill in what fans should see, and add more cards as needed. Each card can include a button, optional partner/presenter details, and optional expanded “More Details” content.

Each card is reusable, collapsible, duplicatable, removable, and submits together in one update.

Team Monthly Outlook Submission Preview

When you submit, Sport Link will receive all monthly cards together in one Team Monthly Outlook update submission email block.

Fan Wall

Use this for fan photos, jersey moments, family moments, arena shots, signs, traditions, and game-day memories. Teams can submit up to 6 Fan Wall slots in one update. Display order is Slot 1, 2, and 3 across the first row, then Slot 4, 5, and 6 across the second row.

Game Night Bingo Update

Use this section to update your team’s Bingo card pool, presenting partner, and prize/submission note. Sport Link already has a default Bingo list ready to use. Check/uncheck any default squares you want removed, add any custom squares you want included, and submit everything at once.

Bingo Partner / Presenter

Upload must be under 2MB.

Prize & Submission Settings

Fans can still play Bingo for fun. The “I Got Bingo” button can show a note that no prizes are available right now.

Default Bingo Squares

Sport Link already has a default Bingo pool. Leave checked any squares you want to keep. Uncheck any squares you want Sport Link to remove from your Bingo pool.

Add Custom Bingo Squares

Want anything added to your Bingo pool? Add custom team-specific squares below. These can be theme night moments, sponsor activations, player-specific moments, crowd moments, or arena traditions.

Use this for game predictions, player picks, score guesses, fan prediction cards, and partner-connected prediction experiences.

Build Fully Custom Prediction Board

Use the next step to enter custom prediction cards. Each card can use full roster, selected players only, or custom answer choices.

Assign a partner/logo to each default prediction card. Leave any card blank if it does not need a partner. If cards are removed, Sport Link will reorganize the board so there are no empty gaps.

Sport Link Builds The Directory

Use this if you want Sport Link to organize the partner cards, clean up descriptions, assign categories, and place partners into the directory for you.

Paste the webpage where your partners are listed. Sport Link will use it to create or update the Partner Directory.
