Support Policy

How to get help with your Sport Link team page, how quickly we aim to reply, and what support does and does not cover.

This page is maintained by Sport Link to explain how we work with teams in plain language. It is written for clarity, not as legal advice.

1. How to reach us

Send a request through the Contact page, or open a support thread from inside your team dashboard. The dashboard thread keeps your questions and our replies together in one place.

2. Response expectations

We aim to reply within 1-2 business days. Busy game weeks and holidays can run longer.

This is a best-effort target, not a contractual commitment.

3. What support covers

Getting your team page set up, configuring sections, questions about drafting and publishing, roster and partner entry help, and questions about billing or account access.

4. Assisted setup

When your plan includes setup help, Sport Link staff can build out sections for you once you send the assets and details we need, such as logos, sponsor names, links, and event dates.

Edits made by Sport Link staff on your behalf are recorded on our side, so there is always a record of what was changed and when.

5. What is out of scope

Original graphic design work, selling sponsorships for your team, and legal review of your content, contests, or sponsor agreements are outside support.

We are also unable to write or approve rules for giveaways and promotions your team runs.

6. Reporting a problem

When something is not working, tell us the team page or section, what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and the time it happened help a lot.

7. Availability

Availability may vary. If access is interrupted, we work to restore service as promptly as practical, and we will let affected teams know when a problem is on our side.

8. Contact

Support questions go through the Contact page.
